Cox RE Holdings LLC is an entrepreneurial and privately owned real estate investing company. Formed in 2020 with the vision of creating a vibrant real estate portfolio as part of a long-term strategic wealth building tool. Cox RE focuses on dilapidated and mismanaged properties that are often ignored by standard home buyers and investors. We then rehabilitate and stabilize these assets providing quality homes to the community.

Using the internal skill sets of acquisition, construction and property management, the company has found a niche on how to add value to properties while mitigating financial risks, to increase profit margins.
